Club Car Wash

Literally one of the worse experiences I’m ever had at a car wash. They wave their hands and smile like robots. They gave me no clear directions. I had to reverse in the car wash 😭. That was a first. Then the attendant kept talking and acting like a robot. I had to ask “where is my wheel and is it even on the track?”. He still makes no eye contact and tells me to put it in drive then reverse. They are now looking at me like I’m crazy lol like huh?? I got my wash and then the vacuum stopped working half way. No thank you. Never again.

I usually clean my car 3 days a week but Sunday by noon I have the best luck. It’s not packed at ALL with very friendly professional workers. I just think it’s underrated especially having great help like John and Nick on their team. I salute those young men and thank them and the young lady working on this beautiful Sunday GOD gave us. Thank You!

The way corporate treats customers is abhorrent. My car was involved in an accident within the car wash caused by a driver, failing to exit the car wash. Obviously there should be some sort of censor or mechanism that halt the cars from being pushed forward when a blockage is recognized. It is 2026. We definitely have the technology. That being said, my experience could’ve been infinitely better. If the people at corporate hadn’t blocked my number, had acted with the slightest amount of empathy towards me, or if the manager from the Murfreesboro location actually bothered to reach out to me. I’ve asked numerous times for someone to communicate with me and no one has. This is going to cost me at least $1000 to pay my deductible to get the damage fixed… A very expensive car wash, indeed.

Staff at the window are always friendly. The wash itself gets my car pretty clean and I love the air freshers. The vacuums are hit and miss. Hopefully they get them all working with good suction soon. I've had to leave a couple of times without vacuuming because the spot I pulled in didn't have ones that could get up anything. Overall its a nice car wash but they get 4 stars because of the vacuums.
